Lake Characteristcs:
Part of a 5 lake chain consisting of Limerick, St. Ola, Mephisto, Dark and Dixon Lakes. Large, virtually undeveloped lake chain. At least 1/2 of lake is water access. This is a limestone based lake so the water is crystal clear. Our records show 113 properties on the lake. By boat it does not look or feel like that many. Most of the roads are seasonal and to this day most of the cottages are as well. Limerick Lake Lodge offers boat taxi, reach them direct at 613-474-2144. They also have a boat launch. To access the free launch for the lake chain you need to go to the south end of St. Ola lake or the East side of Mephisto off the forrest access road.

Lake Trout, Small Mouth Bass and Large Mouth Bass.
