15 Minutes West of Bancroft, access off Airport Road.

Lake Size:
Just over 1 mile, 164 Acres in size or 66.6 (ha), Maximum depth 10.9 Metres and Mean depth 4.6 Metres.

Lake Characteristcs:
Cottage road kept open year round, mostly gently sloping to level lots. 1/2 natural shoreline, 1/2 good shoreline, access to 1000's of acres of crown. No public access. The lake does have some backlots. No marina on the lake. The north west side of the lake has some poor frontages but the south and east are pretty good. According to our records Albion Lake has 32 properties on it and is 20% crown land.
