36 mile 3 lake chain, Elephant & Benoir Lk access. Maximum lake depth of 32 Metres, Mean depth of 4.7 Metres.
Lake Characteristcs:
Considered one of Bancrofts largest lake chains and one of the best fishing lakes the area has to offer. One of the most expensive lakes in our area and part of a 36 mile 3 lake chain. The lake itself is 50% crown with, according to our records, 430 properties on it. Baptiste itself is 2226.3 (ha) in size. The lake has a marina on it, boat taxi and rentals at 613-332- 1233 call Baptiste Lake Marina. The lake also has 3 public access points, 2 off South Baptiste Lake Road and one off North Baptiste Lake Road, it has a second but you have to know the back roads real well to find it.
Fishing:
Lake Trout, Muskellunge, Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, Walleye, Perch.
